About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing & Communications Manager in the delivery of the local marketing and communications plan
- Act as a point of contact with the PR agency and coordinate press and influencer activity
- Support the preparation and on-site delivery of events and boutique activations
- Manage local social media activity, content planning, and asset collection
- Coordinate CRM gifting and client gifts through to delivery
- Handle administrative tasks including Purchase Orders and invoices in SAP
- Maintain marketing budget trackers and campaign reports
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or events
- Strong interest in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or premium retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office
- Fluent English and good knowledge of Arabic
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
