About the role
Responsibilities
- Shape the Asia-focused communications strategy for China and APAC
- Coordinate with leadership and external agencies to identify media story angles
- Manage editorial calendars, digital performance metrics, and ROI analysis
- Lead creation of press materials, case studies, and thought leadership papers
- Manage regional social media channels including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin
- Coordinate photography and videography for project milestones
- Manage award and ranking submissions for the region
- Plan and execute regional events and conferences
- Handle crisis management and media relationship building
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Journalism
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Architecture or Interior Design
- Strong knowledge of the Asia media landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for marketing and content creation

What we look for
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Journalism
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Asia media landscape
- Expertise in regional social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, Xiaohongshu)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Creative Suite
