Marketing & Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage local and regional marketing strategies, budgets, and lead generation plans
• Oversee product governance, including product development, launches, and documentation
• Support sales teams through training materials, event animation, and product expertise
• Execute digital communication strategies across social media, SEO, and SEA
• Coordinate internal communications, newsletters, and employer branding initiatives
• Manage external events, partnerships, and PR activities to drive enquiries and ROI
• Conduct competitor intelligence and market research to identify new requirements

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in sales or marketing
• Degree in marketing, business administration, or an equivalent discipline
• Strong editorial, media relations, and event management skills
• Proficiency in digital tools including CMS, SEO, SEA, and social media platforms
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in credit insurance or a related business area
• Background in corporate finance
• Experience with UX/UI principles and video editing tools
