Marketing & Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing, communications, and brand strategy
• Plan and deliver campaigns to promote memberships, facilities, tournaments, and hospitality
• Lead brand communications, media relations, PR, influencer partnerships, and content creation
• Manage website content, CRM, email marketing, SEO, social media, and paid digital campaigns
• Coordinate photography, videography, and creative production for storytelling
• Support new launches, seasonal promotions, and sponsorship activations
• Collaborate with Sports Operations, F&B, and Sales teams
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to maximize ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sports marketing or a related industry
• At least 2 years in a management or leadership role
• Experience managing integrated campaigns, events, sponsorships, and commercial partnerships
• Strong knowledge of brand marketing, PR, digital marketing, CRM, and analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CMS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
