About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and run a clear cross-functional operating rhythm and prioritization cadence
- Serve as the operational backbone for the entire Marcomm function, spanning brand, B2B, product, and content
- Own the systems and workflows that keep integrated marketing moving
- Enable senior marketers to focus on high-party strategy and growth initiatives
- Bring consistency, visibility, and accountability to how the team plans and delivers work
