About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Demand Gen Manager with copywriting, social media management, and event coordination
- Manage advertising and partnership co-marketing initiatives
- Coordinate HubSpot User Group events and procure promotional items
- Execute lead generation initiatives including email writing and website updates
- Create social media graphics and manage project timelines
- Track spending, budgets, and collaborate with finance
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing (agency or in-house)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in using checklists and SOPs to hold vendors accountable
- Creative interest in graphic design, copywriting, branding, or video
- Early adopter of AI tools for efficiency
- Experience with the HubSpot platform
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot certifications
- Advanced proficiency in graphic design or video production
