About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy and product positioning
- Build and scale the internal marketing team and manage external agencies
- Own marketing-generated pipeline and revenue targets through integrated campaigns
- Lead brand positioning, content strategy, PR, and executive communications
- Translate technical products into clear customer value propositions and support product launches
- Lead participation in major industry events and develop strategic partnerships
- Establish KPIs and use data and AI tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Minimum 4 years in a senior marketing leadership position
- Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, payments, or digital assets
- Proven record of driving revenue and pipeline growth
- Experience working directly with founders and executive leadership
- Strong knowledge of demand generation, product marketing, and brand management
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing technologies and AI tools
- Knowledge of digital assets, Web3, or fintech is highly desirable
