About the Company
Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management as well as front-office analytics on a single, AI-native technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, execution and optimisation of global third-party and company-owned events
- Research, evaluate and prioritise industry conferences and sponsorship opportunities
- Build and manage annual and quarterly event roadmaps tied to pipeline targets
- Design and scale company owned experiences including executive roundtables and client forums
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate commercial contracts
- Establish success metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence and revenue attribution
- Produce detailed performance reporting and post-event analysis
Requirements
- Global B2B event planning experience within enterprise SaaS or fintech
- Knowledge of revenue marketing strategy and attribution modelling
- Experience in event operations management and logistics planning
- Proficiency in commercial contract negotiation and budget forecasting
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in complex organisations
- Willingness to travel globally as required

- Experience in high-growth technology environments
