Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to strengthen the hotel's reputation and media visibility
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media partners
• Draft press releases, media alerts, speeches, and official communication materials
• Coordinate media visits, interviews, and FAM trips
• Identify and pitch relevant PR stories and monitor media coverage
• Create storytelling-driven content for newsletters, blogs, and marketing collateral
• Liaise with creative agencies and designers to develop brand-compliant materials
• Manage hotel website content and email marketing campaigns
• Support social media posting and influencer collaborations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a 5-star property
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders and guests
• Proficiency in a variety of computer software and digital tools
• Highly creative with experience in designing digital and PR campaigns
• Strong understanding of website performance metrics and marketing analytics tools
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills
