Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Support and execute marketing campaigns to boost visibility, engagement and reputation
• Manage social media presence, coordinate content and keep channels fresh
• Coordinate promotions, partnerships, events and activations across the hotel and F&B outlets
• Create visuals, posters, digital assets and marketing materials
• Prepare presentations, reports and marketing proposals
• Explore influencer collaborations, media opportunities and local partnerships
• Manage marketing calendars, briefs, deadlines and deliverables
• Track campaign performance and social media insights
• Monitor hospitality trends, competitors and Dubai's lifestyle and F&B scene
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and hotel departments

Requirements

• 4+ years of content creation in F&B, lifestyle or hospitality
• Strong photography and video skills, including lighting and editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop; After Effects a plus
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of social media trends, reels and algorithms
• Proactive, curious and creative
• Portfolio required
