Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the production of all ATL/BTL marketing and advertising campaigns
• Act as the primary contact between the marketing team and external suppliers for printing, digital printing, and promotional materials
• Negotiate prices and SLAs with suppliers to ensure competitive rates and quality
• Coordinate marketing plans and campaigns across the Air Arabia network, collaborating with Hubs, E-commerce, and partner organizations
• Manage workflow by prioritizing and delegating tasks to the creative and studio teams
• Audit design and artwork against briefs and budgets to ensure conformity with branding and corporate image standards
• Prepare and manage ATL/BTL marketing budgets and initiate Local Purchase Orders (LPOs)
• Supervise production requirements and branding for events, conferences, and seminars
• Maintain inventory and database for all advertising and marketing materials

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Management, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the service industry, preferably in aviation or with a low-cost airline
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Proven skills in media relations, press, and events management
• Advanced project management and budgeting experience
• Strong editorial and business writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate in Graphic Design
