Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, property portals, and digital advertising
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate posts, property features, and campaign launches
• Write engaging captions, listing descriptions, email copy, and promotional materials
• Coordinate property photography, video shoots, reels, and walkthroughs
• Support Google and Meta advertising campaigns, including lead tracking and performance reporting
• Work with the sales team to promote priority listings and gather feedback on lead quality
• Maintain consistent branding across digital content, brochures, and presentations
• Track campaign spending, website traffic, engagement, enquiries, and cost per qualified lead

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Strong English copywriting and communication skills
• Experience managing social media channels and content calendars
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketing analytics
• Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to coordinate photo and video production and provide clear creative briefs
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Practical understanding of lead generation and collaboration with sales teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UAE real estate marketing
• Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, and CRM platforms
• Basic video editing and short-form content creation skills
• Knowledge of SEO, website content management, and email marketing tools
• Arabic language skills
