About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the shoot calendar and readiness gates for all brands
- Manage social media publishing and account operations across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Oversee marketing vendors, print, and physical branding logistics
- Maintain task trackers and weekly reporting in ClickUp
- Manage in-unit collateral and vehicle branding schedules
Requirements
- 3–6 years in production coordination, marketing operations, or event production
- UAE-based experience required
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with task management tools like ClickUp or Asana
- Valid UAE driving licence and ability to travel across Dubai
- Native understanding of social media platform mechanics
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language skills
- Experience in hospitality, short-term rental, or real estate
- On-set production experience
- Basic Adobe or Canva literacy
- Experience using AI tools in daily workflows
What we look for
