Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders
• Manage and nurture relationships with media and strategic partners, including Turkish and international media, corporate partners, and sponsors
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners on marketing-related deliverables
• Proactively track, follow up, and close all partner and internal deliverables
• Support social media management including content planning, copy alignment, and visual asset management
• Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, events, exhibitions, or agency environments
• Turkish language skills
• Experience managing media, community, or strategic partners
• Proficiency with Canva, mass email platforms, and marketing automation
• Experience with social posting and listening tools like Hootsuite
• Working knowledge of Website CMS and content creation (self-written or AI-generated)
• Strong professional business copywriting skills
