About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and execute marketing campaigns to boost visibility, engagement and reputation
- Manage social media presence, coordinate content and keep channels fresh
- Coordinate promotions, partnerships, events and activations across the hotel and F&B outlets
- Create visuals, posters, digital assets and marketing materials
- Prepare presentations, reports and marketing proposals
- Explore influencer collaborations, media opportunities and local partnerships
- Manage marketing calendars, briefs, deadlines and deliverables
- Track campaign performance and social media insights
- Monitor hospitality trends, competitors and Dubai's lifestyle and F&B scene
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and hotel departments
Requirements
- 4+ years creating content in F&B, lifestyle or hospitality
- Strong photo and video skills, including editing
- Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop; After Effects a plus
- Social media and trends knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Portfolio required
