Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other platforms
• Drive daily social media activity and publish according to the content calendar
• Use AI tools to speed up content creation, repurposing, and reporting
• Identify opportunities to automate or improve marketing processes
• Create short-form video content and write concise copy
• Analyse audience data and engagement metrics to understand resonance
• Draw insights from MAGNiTT's data sets to shape campaign angles
• Work with content and research teams to turn findings into social-first stories
• Drive traffic from social and campaign channels to the website
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or campaign management
• Experience in tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS preferred
• Strong analytical skills with platform analytics and spreadsheets
• Hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva AI
• Experience using LinkedIn as a B2B platform
• Fluent in English with strong writing skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
