About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
- Communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours
- Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours
- Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, and typing
- Assist management in training and coaching employees
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company policies
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
