About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the SevenRooms platform for reservations, guest management, and marketing campaigns
- Ensure seamless integration of SevenRooms with other marketing and CRM tools
- Analyze SevenRooms data and reports to identify trends and customer behavior
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with advertising, PR, and communication agencies
- Plan and oversee photo and video shoots for advertising campaigns
- Execute social media strategies to increase visibility and lead generation
- Design comprehensive marketing plans and growth strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend research
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar position within a four or five-star hotel
- Experience in the UAE or GCC local market
