About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day execution of the Middle East promotional calendar
- Develop promotional strategies to drive customer behavior and ROI
- Build and deploy in-app and lifecycle campaigns via CRM and Tech
- Manage end-to-end campaign set-up including eligibility, caps, and dates
- Track campaign budgets and report on ROI and margin impact
- Conduct weekly performance reporting and post-campaign analysis
- Design and run local test-and-learn experiments
- Monitor competitor trends and market activity
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, or Commercial Strategy
- Experience in high-growth technology, e-commerce, or marketplace sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Analytics
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools like Looker
- Experience running or supporting A/B tests
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
