Marketing Executive/Marketing Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Lead in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the client's marketing and communications campaign
• Maintain campaign trackers, timelines and status reports
• Review creative outputs against brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Source, shortlist and select imagery for campaign assets
• Assist with content development and copywriting for EDM campaigns
• Support the media team in coordinating media partner deliverables
• Track ticket sales performance and maintain accurate reporting
• Liaise with ticketing platforms and agencies to manage inventory and resolve issues
• Liaise with the web team to keep ticketing links and event information accurate
• Prepare status reports, meeting notes and client-facing materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a client servicing, marketing or project coordination role, ideally within sports, entertainment or events
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and planning ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative eye with experience reviewing creative outputs and selecting imagery
• Genuine sporting knowledge and interest, with a passion for tennis strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the UAE market is a strong plus
