About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social, email, and events
- Shoot and edit content at clinics, events, and on-site activations, including short-form video and stills for Instagram and TikTok
- Coordinate with designers, doctors, and content teams to get assets out fast
- Draft basic content, including captions, emailers, and WhatsApp messages
- Manage the social calendar, covering scheduling, captions, community management, and DMs
- Help run creator and influencer activity, from briefs and product sends to tracking deliverables
- Provide on-site support at events, including live capture and posting
- Track campaign performance and pull simple reports
- Research trends in healthcare, wellness, and the GLP-1 space
- Keep the content library organized
Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Highly organized and deadline-oriented
- Native in CapCut, Canva, Instagram, and TikTok
- Comfortable shooting and editing content on a phone
- Comfortable with basic analytics and Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in marketing or content
- Familiarity with Premiere or Lightroom
