About the role
Responsibilities
- Process, track, and help execute marketing requests using a workflow management system
- Assist in creating and tweaking visual assets, presentations, and digital media
- Help draft, format, and schedule email communications and marketing newsletters
- Provide general support for active marketing campaigns and internal stakeholders
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and organizing marketing assets
Requirements
- 0–6 months of experience in marketing, communications, or business management
- Must currently hold an existing valid visa (student, spouse/family, or self-sponsored)
- Good written communication skills
- Basic familiarity with design and email tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
