About the role
Responsibilities
- Own regional and global growth workstreams for the Payment Business Unit
- Lead GTM for new payment products, features, and market expansions
- Develop and optimize growth mechanisms like rewards, cashback, and referrals
- Translate complex payment capabilities into clear customer propositions and messaging
- Orchestrate CRM, social, PR, paid media, and partnerships to amplify products
- Use post-launch performance and customer feedback to improve adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or GTM roles
- Strong experience in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto
- Proven ability to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- Experience developing growth mechanisms such as rewards or lifecycle programs
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to prioritize by business impact
- Ability to simplify complex financial products into compelling customer propositions
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate autonomously across multiple markets
