Marketing Lead (Payment Business)

Responsibilities

• Own regional and global growth workstreams for the Payment Business Unit
• Lead GTM for new payment products, features, and market expansions
• Develop and optimize growth mechanisms like rewards, cashback, and referrals
• Translate complex payment capabilities into clear customer propositions and messaging
• Orchestrate CRM, social, PR, paid media, and partnerships to amplify products
• Use post-launch performance and customer feedback to improve adoption

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or GTM roles
• Strong experience in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto
• Proven ability to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
• Experience developing growth mechanisms such as rewards or lifecycle programs
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to prioritize by business impact
• Ability to simplify complex financial products into compelling customer propositions
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple markets
