About the Company

WiFi Tribe is a community of 700+ entrepreneurs and remote professionals from all over the world. For the last 8 years, we've been traveling the world together with our members, living in a different city every month.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary marketing copywriter for all important community copy
• Launch new community initiatives to members via newsletter and Slack
• Own the email marketing strategy with a focus on relationship building
• Update website content to drive engagement and conversions
• Collaborate with the Admissions team to optimize the applicant and member journey
• Hire and manage external experts to drive community initiatives
• Dream up and launch new campaigns to fuel engagement and strengthen culture
• Launch new Chapters and ensure trips are fully booked

Requirements

• 1+ years in a community-focused role
• 3+ years in marketing copywriting
• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to work backwards from goals
• High level of reliability and ability to move fast in a startup environment
• Strong attention to detail in writing and communication

Benefits

• $30,000 - $70,000 annual compensation (base + performance-based pay)
