Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the property's marketing strategy
• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and PR
• Own the marketing calendar and ensure strategic alignment with business priorities
• Lead the development of compelling content and storytelling
• Manage social media channels and digital presence
• Lead pre-opening and launch marketing initiatives
• Develop and manage partnerships with creators, influencers, and local businesses
• Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams
• Monitor marketing performance and demonstrate ROI
• Manage the property marketing budget effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing within hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or luxury brands
• Previous experience supporting hotel or resort pre-openings is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy
• Ability to bring a brand's story to life through compelling content
• Experience building relationships with creators and media
• Strong commercial acumen and project management skills
• Passionate about lifestyle hospitality and the Our Habitas philosophy
