About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leisure marketing plans to build occupancy
- Manage all e-commerce opportunities and website updates
- Coordinate promotions for rooms, food and beverage, spa, and golf
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI for all initiatives
- Develop property collateral, brochures, and signage
- Build relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders
- Analyze website and email campaign performance
- Act as liaison between corporate and individual properties
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- OR a 2-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hotel Management
- Ability to interpret market reports and tracking data
- Experience with marketing budget management
