About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete and execute the marketing plan for the property
- Manage all e-commerce opportunities and maintain property websites
- Develop leisure marketing plans, rate offers, and packages to build occupancy
- Coordinate promotions for rooms, food and beverage, spa, and golf
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI for all initiatives
- Develop brochure and property collateral materials
- Analyze website and email campaign tracking and source market reports
- Build relationships with Convention Bureaus and Chambers of Tourism
- Act as a liaison between corporate and individual properties for program rollouts
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area
- OR a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major
