Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee full 360° event marketing campaigns from concept to post-event review
• Lead on key visual and event identity creation
• Manage content strategy and social media calendars for entertainment channels
• Write engaging captions and copy tailored to various platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and event partners
• Negotiate and manage barter promotional deals to maximize exposure
• Coordinate onsite branding, sponsor visibility, and media access during event days
• Support internal departments like Production and Business Development to align marketing efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of experience in entertainment, events, or lifestyle marketing in the UAE or region
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and ticketing promotions
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
• Excellent English copywriting skills; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
