About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead user insight gathering and creative marketing planning for key global titles
- Drive end-to-end campaign delivery aligned with version updates and local festivals
- Manage KOL and creator relationships across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch
- Develop platform-native creative briefs for influencers and agencies
- Partner with community managers to nurture player communities on Discord and Reddit
- Support regional event delivery including esports tournaments and fan meetups
- Maintain market intelligence on regional social media ecosystems and player preferences
- Explore scalable content production models including UGC and AI-assisted tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in gaming marketing or global publishing
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Deep passion for the gaming industry with hands-on experience in major titles
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to navigate MENA-specific cultural and regulatory nuances
