About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leisure marketing plans to drive occupancy and manage rate offers
- Manage all e-commerce opportunities and maintain property websites
- Coordinate promotions for rooms, food and beverage, spa, and golf
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI for all initiatives including online and print
- Develop property collateral, brochures, and signage
- Analyze website and email campaign tracking and market reports
- Build relationships with tourism bureaus, convention bureaus, and community leaders
- Supervise property photo shoots and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 5 years of sales/marketing experience OR
- 2-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hotel Management with 3 years of experience
- Experience in sales and marketing within a professional area

What we look for
