About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Translate strategic direction into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate internal teams across PR, Media, Digital, Creative, Social, Partnerships, and Production
- Lead integrated event marketing campaigns and manage ticketing marketing plans
- Track ticket sales performance and provide regular reporting and insights
- Support the Marketing Director in driving efficient department operations and establishing processes
- Assist with proposals, credentials, and new business pitch processes
- Prepare campaign reports, status updates, and post-campaign evaluations
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in marketing, integrated campaign delivery, or agency account management
- Fluent Arabic speaker
- Strong experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of PR, digital marketing, social media, content, events, and partnerships
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel or Google Workspace skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports, entertainment, culture, events, or sponsorship marketing
- UAE/GCC market experience
- Experience supporting pitches, RFPs, and business development
- Experience working with creative, production, digital, and PR teams
