About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing objectives through leadership and staff development
- Prepare and monitor marketing budgets and financial performance
- Implement departmental policies, processes, and procedures
- Supervise day-to-day marketing operations
- Develop category marketing strategies and annual plans for assigned brands
- Perform pricing analysis to optimize profit
- Develop and implement advertising and promotional campaigns with agencies
- Ensure regulatory compliance and standards
- Plan and supervise department projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Prepare accurate and timely marketing reports
- Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in marketing management and leadership
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
- Experience in brand strategy and advertising
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
