Paradox is building the Operating System for Greatness, a platform that merges human, structured, and technological intelligence to reinvent how people grow. Founded by David Laroche, we aim to compete with global players like Mindvalley by providing an adaptive, AI-driven ecosystem for personal transformation.
Responsibilities
- Own channel strategy and execution across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing
- Run campaigns hands-on, including briefs, copy, targeting, launch, and analysis
- Leverage AI tools like Claude Code to build assets, automate reporting, and generate creative variations
- Analyze data in GA4, ad platforms, and Looker Studio to reallocate budget and effort rapidly
- Coordinate with Growth, Social, and Content Factory teams to ensure channel reinforcement
- Report on key outcomes including CAC/LTV, pipeline/revenue, and campaign velocity
Requirements
- 3–5 years of marketing experience with a focus on hands-on execution
- Proven ability to build and ship tests, landing pages, and automations
- Daily proficiency in using AI to create leverage and solve complex problems
- Native or bilingual fluency in French
- Fluent English communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup environment
- Portfolio demonstrating scrappy, high-impact marketing builds
