About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute annual marketing plans to budget in consultation with leadership and cluster teams
- Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales to execute revenue-driving promotions
- Act as liaison between the marketing department and advertising agencies for creative and media plans
- Manage social media engagement and content updates across local digital channels
- Develop and execute quarterly PR plans and manage media relations, including food critics and bloggers
- Write and distribute press releases for property events and promotions
- Coordinate photography for F&B advertising, collateral, and public relations
- Manage the production and inventory of hotel marketing collateral and signage
- Monitor competitor marketing efforts and evolving digital trends
Requirements
- 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field with 4 years of professional experience OR a 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in sales, marketing, or digital professional areas
- Hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred
