About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media, email, conferences, and lead generation channels
- Partner with sales reps and clinical specialists in the field
- Develop marketing and training materials supporting product launches
- Gather voice-of-the-customer feedback and shape positioning
- Contribute to marketing strategy, targeting, and performance measurement
Requirements
- 3-5 years B2B marketing experience, ideally medical device or healthcare technology
- Hands-on multichannel execution (LinkedIn, email marketing)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and Mailchimp
- Digital marketing and analytics experience (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM)
- Willingness to travel about 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing to nurses, critical care teams, or hospital administrators
- Experience with agencies or AI tools in content production
