About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, execute and analyze performance of social media strategies for Beauty
- Manage brand and influencer collaborations and copywriting for editorial content
- Develop and manage category-specific social properties to increase engagement
- Pitch and secure brand collaborations for social media and new campaign launches
- Implement category-wise initiatives and manage media activations through press releases
- Identify and experiment with new social platforms like Pinterest and Snapchat
- Create monthly performance scorecards to track key metrics
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative software (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop/Indesign)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing analytics
- Experience with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience in product marketing strategies in online and mobile channels
What we look for
- 2+ years professional marketing experience
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Indesign
