About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and execute centrally driven and regional email marketing campaigns from build through deployment
- Manage and maintain Marketo programs, assets, templates, and operational workflows
- Serve as the primary owner of Marketo structure, including folders, naming conventions, and program standards
- Maintain data quality and system hygiene in compliance with GDPR, CASL, and other international regulations
- Partner with Sales and CRM teams to refine lead scoring, handoffs, and thresholds
- Monitor and report on email performance metrics to provide actionable insights
Requirements
- 4–6 years of progressive marketing automation experience
- Required expertise in Marketo
- Proven experience executing email campaigns across multiple regions or markets
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing contact management standards (GDPR, CASL)
- Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
