About the role
Responsibilities
- Track projects, deadlines, dependencies and risks across the marketing team
- Run recurring department meetings, record decisions and follow up on actions
- Help campaign leads plan launches with clear owners, timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate copy, design, web, email, events and Sales follow-up for launches
- Check launch readiness and raise gaps early
- Keep team processes practical and project management tools current
- Send leadership regular updates on progress and risks
Requirements
- Around 4 or more years in marketing operations or marketing project management
- Track record of running many projects at once without direct authority
- Working understanding of campaigns, launches, webinars, events and Sales handoffs
- Experience with project management tools, a CRM and marketing automation
- Clear, proactive written communication on a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot experience
