Marketing Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Negotiate vendor marketing contributions and manage MDF trackers and claims
• Coordinate roundtables, workshops, webinars and industry events end to end
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and control budgets and supplier spend
• Align activity plans with vendors, country sales teams and channel partners
• Coordinate campaign assets, landing pages and follow-up communications
• Report attendance, leads, pipeline contribution and MDF recovery

Requirements

• 2-4 years in marketing coordination, channel marketing or event operations
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• Working knowledge of MDF processes and vendor approvals
• Excellent English and Arabic
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

• IT or software distribution experience
