About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive marketing initiatives across social media, community channels and external communications
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, Web3 projects and ecosystem partners
- Develop external-facing content including partnership announcements, campaign launches and product updates
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and community initiatives with internal and external partners
- Monitor Web3 trends, community discussions and competitor activities
- Track marketing performance using engagement, audience growth and referral traffic metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing, social media, community management, partnerships or related field
- Understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, crypto communities and DeFi
- Ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives with minimal supervision
- Strong content creation and writing skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong communication, organization and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building relationships with KOLs, influencers or Web3 projects
- Familiarity with DEXs, perpetual trading or crypto trading infrastructure
- Experience in trading systems or financial products
