About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as central marketing focal point for Fly Jinnah, Air Arabia subsidiaries and Air Arabia Academy
- Lead and manage the in-house Creative & Design team and external agencies
- Produce market and competitor intelligence reports for management
- Manage Fly Jinnah marketing planning, annual calendar, KPIs and budget
- Lead and coach team members for performance and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, media relations, communications or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- 7+ years marketing and PR experience, 2 in a managerial role
- Media relations, press and events management experience
- Proficiency in social media tools and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Airline or travel industry experience
- Multicultural work environment experience
