Markets Counsel

Responsibilities

• Draft the v1 listing standard for the Autheo book
• Write the US-person position for each v1 market
• Define geo-restrictions and sanctions screening
• Write the market-integrity policy (wash trading, spoofing, oracle manipulation)
• Review maker term sheets and insurance-fund policies
• Coordinate with VP of Exchanges on venue representations
• Set public-statement rules with Marketing
• Advise on agent counterparties
• Maintain a matter file of listing decisions and refused markets
• Escalate complex licensing or registration questions to outside counsel

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing
• Proven experience with digital-asset or derivatives markets on a live product
• Experience writing shipped listing standards, geo-blocks, or exchange terms
• Ability to distinguish between commodity perps, tokenized securities, and prohibited products
• Ability to work part-time on an equity basis

Preferred Qualifications

• CFTC, SEC, or exchange-compliance practice experience
• Experience with RWA, tokenized securities, or non-crypto perps
• Familiarity with prediction markets or identity-gated access
• Wyoming counsel or experience with Wyoming corporations
