About the role
Responsibilities
- Search for and execute new growth points for marketing through automation and traffic optimization
- Create and improve existing MarTech products from discovery to full implementation
- Maintain excellence in the infrastructure of A/B tests and key services
- Coordinate work between developers, analysts, and User Acquisition teams
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or similar role
- Strong analytical skills, including working with metrics and forming/testing hypotheses
- Experience conducting A/B tests, user research, and competitive analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams
- English proficiency level B2+
