Mass Tort Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and bellwether/trial preparation
• Assist and lead discovery efforts, including document review and witness depositions
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and fact sheets
• Work closely with expert witnesses from vetting through preparation
• Participate in trial preparation and assist in courtroom trial work
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in a State Bar
• 2-4 years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex civil or commercial litigation
• Clerkship experience
