Math Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities

• Keep classes proceeding in an orderly fashion and answer student questions
• Communicate with parents regarding absences and student progress
• Remind students to submit homework and grade assignments
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on student performance
• Maintain parent communication groups
• Record video explanations for homework problems
• Edit textbooks and other learning materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
• Weekend availability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees (Master's or higher)
• Experience with AMC10 competition
