Maximo AI EAM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead or support deployment of MAS 9.1 AI Services including Maximo Assistant, Work Order Intelligence, and FMEA Builder
• Configure AI features to align with customer business rules and asset structures
• Build AI-driven dashboards and predictive maintenance views using Cognos 12 and DataMax AI
• Transform customer business processes by embedding AI into maintenance planning and failure analysis
• Support partners with AI readiness, architecture, and rollout planning
• Train end-users and executives on MAS 9.1 native AI and DataMax AI features

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Maximo / MAS 8 / MAS 9
• Deep understanding of Maximo EAM modules (Work Management, Assets, Job Plans, etc.)
• Experience with WatsonX.ai, Cognos 11/12, or AI/ML-based predictive insights
• Strong data understanding regarding classifications and quality frameworks
• Excellent communication skills to explain AI concepts to non-technical users

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FMEA, RCA, and reliability engineering
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance or asset performance management
• Experience with Maximo upgrades, migrations, or integrations
• Exposure to DataMax AI or similar intelligence layers
• Certification in Maximo or WatsonX
