About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead complete MAS 9 implementations from discovery through go-live and handover
- Design and build secure, resilient MAS 9 environments on Red Hat OpenShift
- Install and configure MAS core, Maximo Manage and industry solutions
- Plan upgrades and migrations with rehearsals, cutover and rollback
- Design high availability, backup and disaster recovery
- Automate delivery with MAS CLI, Ansible, Terraform and OpenShift Pipelines
- Lead technical workshops and produce architecture documents and runbooks
- Contribute to MaxAccelerate AI infrastructure and integrations
Requirements
- Proven end-to-end MAS 9 production installation experience
- Maximo/MAS delivery across multiple industry verticals
- Strong Red Hat OpenShift expertise
- Strong Linux and enterprise infrastructure skills
- Cloud deployment architecture on IBM Cloud, Azure or AWS
- Hands-on experience with Db2, Oracle or SQL Server for Maximo
- Kafka deployment and monitoring experience
- Confident client communication and remote working
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry solution or Mobile MAS application deployments
- AI infrastructure or secure enterprise integration experience
- IBM Maximo, Red Hat OpenShift or cloud certifications
- Consulting, managed services or nearshore delivery experience
