Responsibilities

• Customize IBM Maximo solutions to meet business objectives and operational goals
• Resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth transitions during upgrade processes
• Maintain rigorous documentation for all system changes and implementations
• Provide expert technical and functional support for Maximo applications
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to deliver best practice solutions
• Guide the technical team to ensure project milestones and schedules are met

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as a technical functional resource in IBM Maximo EAM
• Proficiency in IBM Maximo 7.x or MAS 8 application configuration
• Experience with Maximo Integration Framework, Java, BIRT, and Cognos report writing
• Excellent communication skills for multi-stakeholder environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MAS 8 and Oracle PL/SQL development
• Maximo Deployment Professional certification
• Experience with Cloud Service Providers (IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
• Strong Oracle Database experience
• Extensive experience in Maximo upgrades and business application design management
