Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to professional internal-audit standards and quality requirements across Projects Audit deliverables
• Lead training, mentoring, and knowledge-transfer activities to build Projects Audit staff capabilities
• Perform internal performance-management activities for audit teams
• Participate in internal committees and best-practice forums related to audit, governance, compliance, and excellence
• Handle evaluation of internal control systems for infrastructure, engineering, and maintenance works
• Design and review audit programs to determine compliance and coverage of engagement
• Enable audits of investment projects and infrastructure/engineering projects
• Audit inspection activities related to infrastructure, engineering, and HSE activities
• Manage and oversee co-sourced audit arrangements and external auditors
• Follow up with relevant agencies to ensure approved internal audit recommendations are closed
• Conduct field visits to infrastructure projects and maintenance works to verify compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance
• 6+ years of experience if holding a Master's degree
• 8+ years of experience if holding a Bachelor's degree
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CA, CISA, or CRMA
